The drama between John Terry and Wayne Bridge finally came to an end today (well atleast it should of) when the two met at Stamford bridge, it seems god, faith, karma or whatever deity you believe in seems to with “Team Bridge”. As Man City came out on top 4-2 thanks to two goals each from Carlos Tevaz and Craig Bellamy (two main none not strangers to controversy).
This whole situation was being built up though as if it was some sort of wrestling match, with this whole storyline but like most things that are built up it didn’t live up to the hype. The first glance between the two competitors was at the pre game handshakes were Bridge refused to shake Terry’s hands but no there were no blows as Bridge got substitute by Manchini with 15 minutes left and the game wrapped up leaving the press dissatisfied regardless the handshake or lack there of is located below, until the Premier Leagues get it taken down as to copyright as usual, clips of premier league games are more guarded than fort knox.
Yes those kits sported by ten of the worlds eh greatest average players are made out of entirely recycled bottles, A lot of people have been highly anticipating the new kits that Nike created for the World Cup in South Africa but i don’t think anyone expected this.
